UrbanBuild

Challenge: UrbanBuild, a leading property developer, sought data-driven insights to identify high-demand areas for new residential projects, focusing on affordable land and favourable market conditions.

Solution: We analysed population growth, income levels, housing demand, and land prices. Using data visualisation, we mapped high-potential areas with minimal competition and optimised development strategies.

Results: UrbanBuild launched projects in key locations, achieving a 30% rise in sales within six months, faster time to market, and higher profitability, leading to sustainable growth.

Reintegrate Me

Challenge: Reintegrate Me, funded by the Mayor of London, needed an innovative platform to bridge the gap between ex-offenders and potential employers, addressing both social reintegration challenges and employment market inefficiencies.

Solution: We developed an intuitive omnichannel platform with user-friendly interfaces for both job seekers and employers. The solution incorporated sophisticated matching algorithms, privacy-conscious data handling, and accessibility features to ensure inclusive access for all users.

Results: Currently in beta testing, Reintegrate Me shows promising early results. The platform has received positive feedback from both ex-offenders and potential employers for its ease of use and effectiveness at facilitating meaningful employment connections while supporting the rehabilitation process.
